Student Updates
The Quinte Children’s Treatment Centre (QCTC) welcomes all communication and encourages
all partners to connect with us with any questions or concerns. To enable information sharing,
the QCTC has implemented a SBRS Student Information Update Form. This form is intended as
a means for the school to share with QCTC new information that may affect a student’s position
on the waitlist for OT, PT and SLP services, to provide updated contact information or to indicate
that the student no longer requires service and may be discharged from the waitlist.
